A few things that stood out:

Employees forget 90% of training within a week. 70% of programs fail to meet their goals. Most platforms were built for auditors, not learners. Game-based learning produces completion rates of up to 90% — compared to 25% for standard formats. The budget is already there. It just needs to be redeployed.
