Welcome
Welcome to UniplayOpen (“the App”), a mobile application developed and operated by Uniplay Learning AB, offering AI-powered tools and custom-created games to enhance corporate learning and training. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your employer or organization to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. License and Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for internal organizational learning purposes only. You may not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. Test Version Disclaimer
This version of the App is a free test release provided for evaluation purposes only. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, or experience service interruptions. Uniplay Learning AB makes no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or functionality during the test phase. The App should not be used for high-stakes or mission-critical training environments.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Feedback and Submissions
By submitting feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas regarding the App, you grant Uniplay Learning AB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to you.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to AI-generated games, software, graphics, text, and design elements, is the property of Uniplay Learning AB or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
6. AI Content Disclaimer
The content generated by our AI tools is intended for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated material for any specific use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App or its users.
11. No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniplay Learning AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on its content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of the Terms will be available at all times within the App or on our website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden.
